Wouldn't selling coupons be illegal since the coupons clearly state on them that they cannot be sold, transferred, etc.!
You are completely right! However, I should clarify that you aren't actually buying the coupons, you are paying for the time someone spent to collect, clip, and mail them to you. This IS completely legal and is stated on each of the sites I listed above as well as on most ebay offers.
