What are the Grocery Shopping Tools?

The Grocery Shopping Tools consist of three databases that make it simple for consumers to find the best possible deals on their groceries from eight different Southern California stores: Stater Bros. Markets, Albertsons, Vons, Ralphs, Henrys, CVS, Riteaid, and Costco.

I created them in 2008 after trying "couponing" without them. I had started shopping this way out of necessity in 2007: my husband was a 1st year law student, not allowed to work and we had twins 3 weeks after he started school. Finances were tight, but so was time! I found “couponing” to be incredibly time consuming and overwhelming. So, I created a sale tracking database that help me cut our grocery bill with just a small time investment. I spend just 30-60minutes a week using these Tools and have lowered our grocery bill to just $200-$250 per month for groceries, diapers, paper goods and toiletries for our family of five.

In the past, access to these tools has required payment of a monthly subscription, but in an effort to help struggling Southern Californians cut their grocery bill we will be making them available for free for the next four months!
